Every single student at RSM will need to fill out the Fall Registration Form/s in order to continue lessons past August 16th.

One form per student!

There are FIVE forms below

Private Lessons

This is the main registration form for ALL students to fill out in order to get an ongoing private lesson slot in Fall 2025.
