Band Registration Form Deadline: Friday July 18th

This form is for students who would like to be in a band at Radha School of Music this Fall.

Please note that this form does not guarantee you will be in a band - the form is to let us know that you’d like to be so we can start putting people together.

Once we have all the submissions, we will work on placing students together based on age & skill.

We will also check with your private lesson instructor to make sure you are ready for a band program.
