Cancel Ongoing Lessons

If you need to cancel your ongoing time slot please fill out the form below.

We require students to finish out the month in order to cancel ongoing lessons, or give at least 2 weeks notice. If you would like to finish out the month, it’s necessary to let us know at least 5 days prior to the end of the month to allow the office to remove you from the schedule before your card on file is charged. Students are welcome to use any remaining banked credits after you have ended lessons, but keep in mind that they will expire 90 days after the original lesson was cancelled. Please note that we cannot hold time slots once you've canceled your slot. Once that slot is open, it is available for other students to book, and we cannot guarantee a slot with that teacher later on. We do have many excellent teachers and will do our best find a slot that works for you if you decide to resume lessons.
