Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registration closes 7 days before the camp starts. If you need to cancel your registration for a camp, refunds are eligible with at least 14 days notice before the first day of camp. After that we will not be able to refund you.
If you miss any days of camp, we will not be able to prorate camp fees since we have reserved your spot for the full duration of the camp.

Payments are due in full two weeks before the camp start date. We will add the camp fee to your account in full at the time of your registration, and it is up to you how you split up the payments. Keep in mind that if you are on auto-pay, the system will automatically charge you the full camp fee alongside the regular 3% service fee. Let us know if you’d like us to take you off of auto-pay, and you can use a different method.

Sibling Discount: If you have two siblings signed up for the SAME camp, you’ll receive $25 off the second child.
Multi-camp Discount: If one student signs up for 3 or more camps, you will receive $25 off the total.
